Job summary
UnitedHealthcare is seeking a hands-on Technical Product Manager to lead Power Platform and Dynamics 365 applications across the enterprise. The role combines product ownership, solution design, business analysis, testing, stakeholder engagement, and production support to ensure scalable, reliable processes that meet evolving business needs.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and help advance AI, automation, and data-capture for intake, case management, and workflow improvements.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience with testing, stakeholder engagement and production support.
Responsibilities
- Support Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform solutions.
- Translate business needs into Dataverse tables, forms, and automations.
- Design and troubleshoot Power Automate flows for case handling and notifications.
- Support case management, queue routing, emails, notes, and knowledge articles.
- Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to clarify requirements and risks.
- Define scalable operating processes for intake, handoffs, and reporting.
- Test new functionality, assist with UAT, and document issues.
