Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Power Platform & Automation Engineer to join our team delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in streamlining processes and building scalable business solutions using Microsoft technologies within a dynamic, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities include managing Power Platform environments, designing advanced Microsoft-based solutions, and supporting Azure DevOps processes and IaC practices.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience with Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps and deployment automation practices.
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Fluency in English and experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic projects with evolving technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Power Platform environments with governance and performance.
• Design and develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Administer connectors, integrations, and data flows while maintaining platform standards.
• Support Azure DevOps processes, deployment pipelines, Git repos, and IaC using YAML, Terraform, and Bicep.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to drive platform adoption and scalable solutions.
