Liberty Service Partners is seeking a Power Operations Manager to lead residential generator operations across multiple locations in the division. You will partner with General Managers and local teams to improve installation, service, maintenance, safety, and quality while building capable teams to support growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in residential power/generator operations.
• Strong knowledge of residential standby generators.
• Experience managing installation, service, and maintenance operations.
• Ability to improve productivity, operational efficiency, capacity, and consistency.
• Experience hiring, training, coaching, and developing field teams and operational leaders.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the division.

Responsibilities

• Drive Power operations performance across generator installation, service and maintenance.
• Improve installation capacity, scheduling, quality, and field execution.
• Strengthen service and preventive maintenance operations, including scheduling and response times.
• Establish and reinforce consistent processes across locations.
• Champion safety culture and ensure workmanship quality and customer experience.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify staffing and capacity needs.
• Onboard and develop operational leaders, technicians, and installers.
• Monitor KPIs and work with leaders to execute improvement plans.
• Provide cross-location support and troubleshoot challenges as a primary resource.
