Job summary
Liberty Service Partners in Tampa, FL seeks an experienced Power Operations Manager to lead residential generator operations across multiple locations. You will collaborate with General Managers to improve installation, service, and maintenance, establish best practices, and drive safety and quality improvements.
This hands-on leadership role requires proven management, in-depth knowledge of residential standby generators, and the ability to scale processes while maintaining a strong customer
Qualifications
- 5+ years of management experience in residential power/generator operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of residential standby generators.
- Experience managing installation, service, and maintenance operations.
- Ability to travel regularly within the division.
- Strong leadership and communication across locations.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational goals across generator installation, service, and maintenance to boost productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee installation capacity, scheduling, and field execution from sold job to completion.
- Strengthen service, maintenance, and customer experience with proactive planning.
- Establish and reinforce consistent processes across locations to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Champion safety and quality across all teams and sites.
- Collaborate with local leadership to staff and develop field teams and leaders.
- Monitor KPIs and drive improvement plans with regional leaders.
- Provide cross-location support to troubleshoot challenges and implement solutions.
