Liberty Service Partners is seeking an experienced Power Operations Manager to lead residential generator operations across multiple locations in a growth-focused division. This hands-on role partners with General Managers and local teams to improve installation, service, and maintenance, while driving safety, best practices, and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience within a residential power/generator operation.
• Hands-on knowledge of residential standby generators.
• Experience managing generator installation, service, and maintenance operations.
• Strong understanding of workflows: installation, permitting, electrical requirements, troubleshooting, scheduling.
• Ability to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Power Operations Performance: Drive goals across installation, service, and maintenance.
• Installation: Improve capacity, cycle times, scheduling, quality, and field execution.
• Service & Maintenance: Strengthen service and preventative maintenance, including scheduling and responsiveness.
• Operational Best Practices: Establish consistent processes across locations.
• Safety & Quality: Champion a strong safety culture and quality.
• Staffing & Capacity: Ensure staffing to meet demand and growth.
• Training & Development: Onboard and develop leaders and technicians.
• Performance Management: Monitor KPIs and drive improvements.
• Cross-Location Support: Troubleshoot challenges across multiple locations.
• Continuous Improvement: Improve processes, tools, scheduling, and customer experience.
