WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, Power & Energy to lead projects within the Power & Energy PMO in Tulsa, OK, with flexible locations across OK, TX, AR, LA.

Remote work within the United States is possible, with periodic travel to client and office sites. You will supervise cross-functional technical teams, manage budgets, schedules, and QA/QC, and contribute to proposals, risk, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related major or equivalent experience.
• Essential project management certification (PMP, CAP-M).
• 7–10 years post-education project management experience in the A/E/C field.
• Strong understanding of project delivery processes and QA/QC adherence.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee cross-functional teams on multiple projects, including budgets, hours, and deliverables.
• Assist with proposals, cost estimates, scope, and schedules.
• Develop WBS tasks and estimated costs.
• Lead technical reviews and QA/QC adherence.
• Support contract negotiations, meetings, and client interactions.
• Prepare and maintain project initiation docs (PMP, QP, PSP, Communications Plan).
• Provide regular project reporting, manage AR and procurement closeouts.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and profitable project execution.
