Zusammenfassung

WSP USA seeks a Power & Energy Project Manager to lead EHV transmission and substation projects from a nationwide PMO. You will guide project teams through all lifecycle stages, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability while delivering against contracts.

The role requires strong PM skills, client-facing leadership, and the ability to travel to client sites. Remote work within the United States is possible with travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, PM or Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of post-education experience in a project management role within the power delivery/AE/C or utility sectors.
• Strong understanding of project delivery models (DBB, EPC, PDB) and ability to manage complex projects.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with management across disciplines to support cost and schedule objectives.
• Lead development of proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost and change management and control.
• Provide regular project updates to clients and leadership, flagging scope, risk, or budget issues.
• Be the face of WSP for the client and foster long-term relationships.
• Develop and implement standardized processes and improve procedures.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and corporate policies.
• Demonstrate ethical decision-making regarding funds and resources.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed by the business.
