Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7+ years of project engineering experience in manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on design for mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Experience in new product development and material selection.
• Basic electrical knowledge related to mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple medium-complexity projects while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Design and develop mechanical layouts for new products and processes.
• Draft technical requirement specifications for asset acquisition.
• Optimize manufacturing processes through automation and lean improvements.
• Collaborate with EH&S partners to implement safety standards and upgrades.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage project execution and proposals.
• Provide technical support to plant maintenance for equipment troubleshooting.
