Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Supplier Industrialization Engineer for electronics components to drive supplier development and manufacturing oversight in a remote role based in the United States. You will partner with Supply Chain and manufacturing to ensure supplier readiness, quality, capacity, and ramp-up targets are met across external sites.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, cost reduction, and risk mitigation in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 6+ years in supplier quality and industrialization within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with electronics manufacturing, SMT processing, and GD&T.
• Ability to travel at least 30% of the time.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage electrical commodities and supplier production strategies.
• Act as a force multiplier for the Supply Chain team through ownership and technical excellence.
• Evaluate suppliers' production capabilities and facilities for inclusion on the Approved Supplier List.
• Support Supply Chain teams in ensuring supplier adherence to quality criteria.
• Oversee new production tooling and lines at supplier sites to meet performance and quality requirements.
• Manage capacity expansion readiness and production ramp-up at supplier locations.
• Drive process performance and controls reviews at supplier sites.
• Identify and implement product and process improvements to reduce costs and risks.
