Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferred; or a High School Diploma/GED with significant experience.
• Experience in power delivery systems, arc flash mitigation, and upgrades is desirable.
• Experience in proposal development and contract negotiations is preferred.

For our client, we are seeking a Electrification Services Application Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will partner closely with customers and internal teams to develop technically sound, customer-focused solutions in the electrical power delivery space. You will help translate complex service needs into clear proposals, technical specifications, and executable plans that support business growth. The position blends engineering expertise with commercial support, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration across sourcing, operations, and proposal teams.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100,500 – $160,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support growth.
• Develop and present tailored technical solutions to meet customer needs.
• Lead technical execution of field service proposals, including assessments and cost estimates.
• Communicate operational requirements to sourcing and operations teams.
• Document competitor activities and support new product introduction programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferred, or a High School Diploma/GED with significant experience.
• 6 years of experience in application or field engineering in power delivery systems, or 10 years with a diploma.
• Familiarity with power distribution upgrades, relay upgrades, and arc flash mitigation solutions.
• Experience in proposal development and contract negotiations is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with a focus on impactful presentations.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Creative problem solver with the ability to develop technical specifications.
