Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or quality analysis supporting a PMO or IT governance.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, CS or related field (4 years additional relevant experience may substitute).
• Hands-on experience building Power BI reports and dashboards with data modeling, DAX, and connections to SharePoint/Excel.
• Experience designing/managing SharePoint Lists and libraries with calculated columns, views, and permissions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build data collection and reporting methodology in SharePoint and Power BI for QA and compliance results.
• Develop, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards showing portfolio quality posture, artifact compliance, findings, aging, and remediation status.
• Build and administer SharePoint Lists and automate review intake, scoring, finding logging, and status notifications using Power Platform.
