Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Data Analyst for a remote role. You will translate business questions into reporting, build dashboards in Power BI, and support decision-making across the organization.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, leverage SQL and data modeling to create reliable analytics, maintain data assets, and document reports. This position requires problem-solving, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple analytics projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data modeling, or related field.
• Experience building analytics solutions from multiple sources to support decisions.
• Strong Power BI experience: data models, DAX, Power Query, performance, access, refresh issues.
• Strong SQL skills: querying, joins, summarizing, validation.
• Understanding of data governance and ability to spot data quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting/analytics needs and document requirements.
• Design, build, test, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards/reports/datasets.
• Turn business questions into practical analytics solutions for decision-making.
• Query and analyze data from multiple sources using SQL and data models.
• Maintain and improve dashboards and analytics assets for accuracy and usefulness.
• Troubleshoot report, dashboard, and data quality issues with tech teams as needed.
• Support data organization, storage, and access practices for reliable reporting.
• Collaborate with business, analytics, and tech teams to identify improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation for reports, data sources, and rules.
• Participate in reviews to refine analytics products and stakeholder experience.
