Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Data Analyst for a remote position, open nationwide. You will turn business questions into clear reporting, build and maintain Power BI dashboards, and analyze data to support better decision-making.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, design data models, write SQL, and ensure data quality across sources. This role requires strong communication and the ability to manage multiple analytics initiatives from discovery to delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data modeling, or related field.
• Experience building and supporting reporting/analytics solutions from multiple sources.
• Strong hands-on Power BI experience, including data models, writing DAX, Power Query, performance improvement, access management, and dashboards/reports.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, joining, summarizing, and validating results.
• Understanding of data structure, storage, governance, data quality issues, and practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, clarify requirements, and document key details.
• Design, build, test, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, measures, and visualizations.
• Turn business questions into practical analytics solutions for decision-making and performance monitoring.
• Use SQL and data models to query, validate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Maintain and improve dashboards, reports, datasets, and analytics assets for accuracy and usefulness.
• Troubleshoot report, dashboard, refresh, data quality, and system issues; collaborate with tech teams to resolve problems.
