Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Data Analyst to turn business questions into actionable analytics, build Power BI dashboards, and support decision-making. This remote nationwide role requires strong data skills and collaboration with stakeholders to design practical analytics solutions.

You will work with data teams to ensure data quality, maintain dashboards and reports, and communicate findings clearly to leadership. A minimum of 5+ years in analytics is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data modeling, or a related field.
• Experience building and supporting reporting or analytics solutions from multiple sources.
• Strong Power BI experience, including building data models and dashboards.
• Strong SQL skills and data validation to support analysis.
• Clear communication to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs and document key details.
• Design, build, test, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, measures, and visualizations.
• Turn business questions into practical analytics solutions that support decision-making and performance monitoring.
• Use SQL and data models to query, validate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Maintain and improve existing Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, and analytics assets.
• Troubleshoot report, dashboard, refresh, data quality, and system-related issues with technical teams.
