Job summary

DMI is seeking a Business, Quality Analyst to design and implement data collection and reporting in SharePoint and Power BI. The role supports PMO leadership and federal stakeholders with quality posture, compliance rates, and remediation tracking.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in business/data/quality analysis, proficiency with Power BI, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Power Platform, and be eligible for a Public Trust clearance. Remote work is available in the US.

Qualifications

Demonstrated hands-on experience building Power BI reports and dashboards with data modeling (DAX).
Experience designing and administering SharePoint Lists, libraries, and views for operational reporting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Automate and Power Apps for data capture and automation.
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas.
Experience writing analytics reports for government or executive audiences.
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for review tracking and documentation publication.
Public Trust background eligibility and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Design and implement data collection and reporting in SharePoint and Power BI.
Develop dashboards showing quality posture, artifact compliance, and remediation status for PMO and federal stakeholders.
Build and manage SharePoint structures and automate review intake and scoring using Power Platform.
Prepare analytical reports accompanying data for leadership and contracts oversight.
Analyze trends and root causes to suggest process improvements in Quality Management.
