Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Data Analyst to turn business questions into actionable analytics. You will design and maintain Power BI dashboards, models, and visuals, using SQL to pull data from multiple sources.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, document business rules, and ensure data quality while supporting decision-making with reliable reporting. This remote role covers nationwide applicants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, reporting, data modeling, or related field.
• Experience building and supporting reporting or analytics solutions with data from multiple sources.
• Power BI hands-on experience, including data models, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard optimization.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, joining, summarizing data, and validating results.
• Understanding of data governance and data quality with ability to spot issues and suggest fixes.
• Ability to translate undefined questions into analytics deliverables.
• Clear communication skills to explain technical info to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand analytics needs and document requirements.
• Design, build, test, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Turn business questions into practical analytics solutions that support decision-making.
• Query, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources using SQL.
• Maintain and improve existing dashboards and data assets to stay aligned with business needs.
• Troubleshoot issues and work with tech teams to resolve performance problems.
• Create documentation for reports, data sources, and business rules.
• Collaborate with teams to review processes and identify improvements.
• Participate in feedback sessions and stakeholder reviews.
• Support data organization and access practices for reliable reporting.
