Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to translate business questions into actionable analytics. You will design, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data analytics or BI, strong SQL and Power BI skills, and the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences. This is a remote nationwide role in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related field with leadership in analytics projects.
• Experience combining data from multiple sources for operational and leadership decisions.
• Strong Power BI experience: data models, DAX, Power Query, performance, access, refresh troubleshooting.
• Strong SQL skills: queries, joins, summarization, validation.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into analytics solutions.
• Clear communication: explain technical info to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and raise risks when needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs and document details.
• Design, publish, maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, measures, visualizations.
• Turn business questions into practical analytics solutions to support decision-making.
• Query and analyze data from multiple sources using SQL and data models.
• Maintain and improve dashboards, datasets, and analytics assets.
• Troubleshoot issues and work with technical teams to resolve performance problems.
• Create clear documentation for reports, data sources, and business rules.
• Participate in feedback sessions and project discussions to refine analytics products.
