You will own discovery, artifacts, client communications and cross‑functional alignment from design through go‑live and beyond, ensuring payment integrity goals are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of healthcare payment integrity, payer operations, or related field.
• 5+ years leading complex client-facing implementations.
• Expert knowledge of post-payment payment integrity domains.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary implementation lead for assigned payer clients.
• Lead discovery sessions, working meetings, demos, status reviews, and executive updates.
• Build trusted relationships with client leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Set clear expectations, ownership, and due dates; communicate changes promptly.
• Advise clients on implementation choices while aligning with contracted scope.
