Job summary

Solventum seeks a Post-acute Advanced Wound Care Specialist to drive growth across a national remote sales territory. You will manage customer relationships, analyze data to inform plans, and leverage Salesforce to track activity and outcomes.

The role requires 2+ years in sales or clinical settings, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Prior wound care or medical device experience is a plus, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND minimum 2 years sales, clinical, or related experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Or High School Diploma/GED AND minimum 6 years sales, clinical, or related experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Current and valid driver’s license; experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with navigating complex selling cycles and establishing strong customer relationships with key influencers (e.g. surgeons).
• Experience using a CRM (i.e., Salesforce) and proven quota/target attainment.

Responsibilities

• Account and territory management to deliver sustainable business growth based on targets / quotas.
• Use data and analytics to inform business planning.
• Maintain sales call data utilizing Salesforce.com.
• Identify and solve customer financial & clinical priorities & constraints.
• Routinely consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of products.
• Persuade key stakeholders at post-acute facilities to advocate for proposed solutions and products.
• Grow adoption and utilization of e-order submission platforms and therapy programs.
• Ensure orders are billable by obtaining necessary documentation.
• Provide customer support / service.
• Support conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.
