dotSolved System Inc. is seeking a US-based PO S Support Engineer (Contract) with strong Oracle Micros Simphony experience. The role is remote, contract-based, and requires hands-on POS configuration, hardware troubleshooting, and payment terminal integrations.

You will triage incidents, coordinate with third-party vendors, and communicate clearly to restaurant leadership. The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in POS/retail systems with at least 3+ years on Oracle Micros Simphony, and can

Competenze

• 3+ years with Oracle Micros Simphony POS configuration and EMC administration.
• Troubleshoot MICROS Workstation hardware and peripherals.
• Experience with hospitality POS environments.
• Networking fundamentals for POS outages.
• POS payment terminal integrations; Adyen a plus
• Familiar with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira).
• Read API logs to diagnose POS integrations.
• Coordinate with vendors for escalation.
• Explain technical issues clearly to non-technical leaders.
