North Hospitality is seeking a POS Technical Support Specialist II for remote work. The role focuses on hardware configuration, deployment, and inventory tracking for Oracle Simphony and other POS systems. You will provide world-class service and escalate complex issues promptly.

Responsibilities include handling hardware orders, routing tickets, data entry, and collaborating with teammates on inventory and RMAs while delivering reliable technical support to merchants.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in call center support of Oracle Simphony.
• 2+ years experience in technical customer service.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong general knowledge of computers.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.

Mansioni

• Support clients operating in Oracle Simphony and other POS systems for hardware/software/network questions.
• Fulfill incoming new or replacement hardware orders and configure hardware.
• Route tickets and calls to the appropriate persons as needed.
• Perform point-of-sale data entry tasks and hardware swaps.
• Perform filing of electronic documents and ensure stored information is accurate and complete.
• Assist team members in tracking all inventory, including RMAs.
