• Proficient in networking and remote diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support and repair for POS hardware and software at retail locations.
• Repair and maintain POS terminals, scanners, printers, drawers, monitors, keyboards, and related hardware.
• Assist in setup and installation of new hardware and POS-related software.
• Troubleshoot core system remote devices and perform break-fix repairs as needed.
• Manage time effectively and communicate clearly with store staff.
