Job summary

Central Network Retail Group LLC is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide front-line technical assistance for retail equipment and operations across CNRG brands. You will troubleshoot hardware, printers, POS systems, and network issues via phone, email, remote access, or on-site visits, while maintaining professional service and accurate ticket documentation.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to store locations.

Responsibilities

Provide technical troubleshooting for hardware, printers, POS, telephony, and network related issues.
Support across all CNRG brands via phone, remote access, and on-site visits.
Document all troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
Maintain proficiency with Google Suite and company applications.
Travel to store locations as needed; remote work may be required during weather disruptions.
