Job summary

Pregis is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for the 10pm-6am shift to rapidly diagnose and recover customer production equipment remotely, protecting uptime and reducing truck rolls. The role acts as the frontline in the TSOC, using structured workflows, telemetry, and remote diagnostics, with escalation to Field Technical Solutions when needed.

Candidates should have 3+ years in technical support, hands-on with electromechanical equipment, and knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and networks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical support, field service support, or equipment troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience supporting electromechanical or automated equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot systems using logical, structured diagnostic approaches.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first technical point of contact for inbound customer support requests.
• Perform structured intake to identify machine state, fault conditions, safety concerns, and production impact.
• Remote troubleshooting using HMI data, alarms, error logs, telemetry, and customer observations.
