Job summary

North Country, Fargo, ND, is seeking a skilled POS Implementation Specialist to deliver tailored POS solutions for grocery and retail clients. You will work with sales, management, vendors, and clients to translate business needs into effective system configurations and ensure smooth installations.

You’ll train clients in POS functionality, travel as needed (including overnight stays), and collaborate in a teams-driven, owner-empowered environment.

Qualifications

• POS system integration and implementation experience preferred.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or grocery environments preferred.
• Familiarity with NCR ENCOR systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, program/configure, test, and document POS systems/software.
• Provide knowledge and proficiency in POS software, operating systems, and networks.
• Effectively manage installation projects to ensure quality client service and satisfaction.
• Train clients in POS functionality and usage.
