Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead, Portfolio Management – Quality Engineering Business Operations to drive operational health, financial discipline, and strategic execution for the QE COE.

The role partners across Enterprise Technology, Finance, HR, Procurement, and segment teams to improve transparency and execution in a fast-paced environment. The incumbent will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and vendor governance, while coordinating resource planning and executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Management, Finance, Business or IT.
• 5+ years of budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, or resource planning experience.
• 5+ years in portfolio management, technology operations, program management, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years supporting technology orgs, business operations, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and executive presentation materials.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day portfolio operations for the QE COE, aligning priorities, demand, capacity, and execution.
• Coordinate portfolio rhythms, leadership reviews, planning cycles, intake processes, and governance.
• Lead QE operational intake and demand coordination; track and route requests.
• Provide visibility into portfolio performance, delivery commitments, risks, and issues.
• Prepare materials for executive reviews and leadership discussions; drive governance.
• Lead supplier management, vendor governance, contract compliance, and SLAs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive scorecards for QE leadership.
