Jobgether partners with a client seeking a Portfolio Consulting Manager to lead a power systems consulting team in a fully remote US-based role. Deliver advanced technical solutions to utilities, RTOs, and asset owners across grid analysis, dynamics, interconnection, and code compliance.

You will guide proposals, manage projects, mentor engineers, and collaborate across business units to strengthen client value, expand services, and advance grid modernization nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Power/Energy Systems.
• 10+ years power systems analysis with leadership experience.
• Proven client-management and communication skills.
• Experience with PSS/E and familiarity with other grid-analysis tools (TSAT, TARA, PSLF, PSCAD, PowerWorld).
• Strong knowledge of power systems, grid interconnection, and NERC standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a consulting team of power systems professionals.
• Drive growth across grid analysis, system dynamics, interconnection, and grid code compliance.
• Build and maintain client relationships with utilities, RTOs, developers, and asset owners.
• Oversee technical and commercial proposals to ensure competitive, sound solutions.
• Manage projects from planning to completion: scope, budget, schedule, quality.
• Provide technical direction on power system studies and reliability metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams for integrated solutions.
• Foster knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
• Ensure alignment with NERC standards and regional planning criteria.
