Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a Power Systems Engineer to support utility planning, generator interconnection, and transmission planning for renewable and conventional energy projects. You will develop models, perform studies, and analyze how new generation resources affect the grid.

The role collaborates with multidisciplinary teams across remote work arrangements, applying AI tools to improve efficiency and deliver high-quality technical recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with coursework in power systems analysis.
• At least 3 years of power systems engineering experience and knowledge of U.S. ISOs/RTOs.
• Experience with PSS/E, PSLF, PSCAD, and transmission planning software.

• Support utility planning and advisory projects focused on generator interconnection and transmission planning.
