Electric Power Engineers, LLC is seeking a senior leader to guide a team of power system engineers in ERCOT IBR modeling and related NERC studies. You will manage client accounts, oversee project delivery, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with business development on RFPs.

The role supports a flexible remote US/Canada work arrangement, with a focus on delivering high-quality analysis and reports for grid modeling challenges in a dynamic energy landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering with power system emphasis.
• Minimum 5 years in power system industry with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven knowledge of power system and IBR modeling.
• ERCOT modeling experience and procedures familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of electrical engineers to perform ERCOT IBR modeling tasks and NERC PRC-0.29 study.
• Interact with clients to seek input and address needs with respect to project scope and deliverables.
• Develop and grow the capabilities of engineers within the team and organization.
• Support business development including RFP responses and scope of work statements.
