The role is remote, part-time, and offers growth as PodWritten scales. You will coordinate scheduling, manage client communications and inboxes with warmth and professionalism, following our systems and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in VA, coordination, PR or talent booking roles handling external communications end-to-end.
• Strong written and spoken English with the ability to manage multiple email threads.
• Experience following documented systems and SOPs; independent judgment when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recording dates and times between hosts and clients, following up until dates are locked in.
• Log all confirmed booking details accurately in our systems.
• Notify clients of confirmed bookings and send weekly status updates.
• Monitor inbox, keep conversations organized, and ensure timely responses across time zones.
