Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outsourced Project Operations Manager to lead multi-site physical move operations and maintain complete chain-of-custody protocols, ensuring compliance with federal security standards.

You will oversee projects from initiation to completion, manage client relationships, and deliver structured project documentation and leadership updates across remote operations in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, end-to-end project operations.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site projects and lead teams.
• Experience with KPI tracking, SOP enforcement, and chain-of-custody protocols.
