Iron Mountain is seeking a seasoned professional to lead financial oversight for mission-critical construction projects in a remote-capable role. You will manage cost controls, budgeting, and forecasting while ensuring projects stay within approved parameters and governance standards.

Ideal candidates bring 5-7 years in corporate real estate or military settings, with proficiency in Oracle, Tririga, or Google Live Sheets. A Bachelor’s degree is required and PMP/PE are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience delivering mission-critical construction projects in corporate real estate or military settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field; PMP or P.E. desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial oversight: manage cost and commercial processes with aligned forecasts and close-out activities.
• Drive change control: evaluate budget revisions and contractor invoices; flag risks.
• Ensure governance and compliance: SME on governance/training materials and project standards.
