Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Outsourced Project Operations Manager to join our Operations team. You will lead multi-site physical move operations, maintain complete chain-of-custody, and ensure compliance with federal security standards.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in complex project operations, PMP certification, and the ability to pass a federal clearance. Benefits include comprehensive health, 401(k) with match, and stock purchase program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, end-to-end project operations.
• PMP certification is required.
• Must be able to pass a Federal Clearance.
• Experience with KPI tracking, SOP development and enforcement, and quality/control processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Project Execution & Governance: oversee projects from initiation to completion with documentation and reports.
• Drive Multi-Site Operational Execution: manage multi-site move operations, maintain master schedules, meet SLAs.
• Build & Lead Operational Teams: assist in hiring, onboarding and direct management of project teams and site leads.
