Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Controls Specialist to join our Data Center development team. You will provide an effective cost and commercial management process across the North America portfolio of projects and work with the NA Commercial Director and project teams to ensure smooth financial processes from inception to completion.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience delivering mission-critical construction projects.
• Strong budgeting, accounting, and cost-control proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or PE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial oversight across NA data center projects, aligning forecasts with funding and close-out activities.
• Drive change control by evaluating budgets, invoices, and risks; ensure timely actions.
• Ensure governance and compliance; contribute SME materials for standards and training.
