Job summary

Bold New Solutions, Inc. (BNS) is seeking a PMO Manager to lead the Project Management Office and establish standardized practices across multiple business units, including BNS Power and Critical Infrastructure Solutions.

You will drive governance, portfolio oversight, and accountability for project performance and PMO delivery. Reporting to the COO, you will build a high-performing PMO team, define processes, monitor schedules and budgets, and partner with Operations, Finance, Contracts,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in project management, program management, or project operations.
• Experience leading Project Managers, PMOs, or related governance structures.
• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects with schedules, budgets, resources, and customer deliverables.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the PMO across BNS business units.
• Establish standardized project management framework and governance.
• Oversee project portfolio, schedules, budgets, risks, and performance.
• Manage PMO staff and develop Project Managers.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning with Operations, Finance, Contracts, and Engineering.
• Develop KPI reporting and portfolio reviews for leadership.
