Job summary

Lancesoft in Milpitas, CA seeks a PMO Manager to establish governance, drive execution, and align re-brand and integration projects with organizational goals.

This role provides oversight, processes, tools, and reporting to enable successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the organization. The PMO Manager will lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs with a focus on governance and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of project, program, or portfolio management experience.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain PMO standards, methodologies, templates, and best practices.
• Manage project and segment leads / marcom leads to ensure alignment with business priorities and meet deadlines.
• Develop and monitor project plans (including interdependencies), timelines, resources, and risks.
• Facilitate reporting progress and updates to the organization.
• Partner with functional brand lead to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources.
• Drive accountability for project deliverables, milestones, and outcomes.
• Promote continuous improvement.
