Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies seeks a senior PMO leader to standardize program management frameworks and drive governance across the organization. You will partner with IPTs, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Contracts, and executive leadership to ensure programs are planned, scheduled, and controlled for successful execution.

The role requires a backbone of strategic leadership in planning, risk and change management, and earned value practices, with oversight of IMS and EVMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years aerospace/defense program management experience with 5 years in PMO leadership.
• Aviation background and aircraft interior experience required.
• PMI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives PMO governance, standards, and best practices across the organization.
• Oversees IMS standards, EVM, and integration with finance/ERP systems.
• Mentors PMO staff and CAMs on program controls and planning methodologies.
• Develops dashboards and KPIs for executive reporting and decision making.
