We are seeking an experienced project management professional to build the framework that helps a growing organization turn strategic priorities into results. This role offers direct access to executive leadership and the opportunity to establish how projects are evaluated, prioritized, managed, and measured across the business.

You will bring structure to a broad portfolio of initiatives while personally managing complex projects. Success requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to build accountability across departments without direct reports.

Responsibilities
  • Build and improve the project management framework, including standards, governance, templates, tools, and reporting practices.
  • Establish project intake, evaluation, prioritization, approval, and closure processes.
  • Maintain a centralized project portfolio, giving leadership clear visibility into priorities, progress, resources, risks, and dependencies.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, defining scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, milestones, responsibilities, and success measures.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, resolve issues, and manage changes to scope and project plans.
  • Produce accurate, timely dashboards and executive updates covering project health, financial impact, risks, and decisions needed.
  • Identify potential delays and resource constraints early, recommending practical solutions.
  • Facilitate project meetings and executive reviews, keeping stakeholders aligned and accountable.
  • Coach project managers and functional leaders on consistent project management practices.
  • Ensure completed projects transition effectively into ongoing operations.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Active PMP certification.
  • At least seven years of experience in project management, program management, PMO, operations, business transformation, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously.
  • Experience developing or improving project governance, methodologies, and processes.
  • Strong command of project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
  • Experience working with executive and senior leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and project management/reporting tools.
  • Strong business judgment, financial acumen, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, navigate competing priorities, and handle challenging conversations professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification; Black Belt strongly preferred.
  • Experience implementing enterprise project management systems.
  • Experience in a regulated or operationally complex environment.
  • Background in process improvement, automation, data analytics, or digital transformation.
