Job summary

Bold New Solutions, Inc. (BNS) is seeking a Program Manager – AI Data Centers to lead large-scale data center programs with a focus on delivery, governance, and customer relationships.

This is a senior, client-facing role requiring expertise in infra deployments, budgeting, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, operations, and PMO teams. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, financial oversight, and risk management to ensure successful program outcomes and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management within data center infrastructure or related technical environments.
• At least 5 years of experience managing complex, multi-project programs or large-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall delivery, performance, and successful execution of AI data center programs.
• Lead multi-project, multi-location infra programs and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Translate customer commitments into integrated program plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage financial performance, risk, and customer satisfaction across programs.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, workstreams, and external partners to meet milestones.
• Provide executive updates and drive program governance and escalation processes.
• Identify opportunities to expand scope and strengthen customer relationships.
