Job summary

Bold New Solutions - BNS Power is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects from award to closeout. This fully remote role may be based anywhere in the United States, with travel to active project sites as needed, and will require coordinating engineering, field crews, manufacturing, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing technical infrastructure, construction, electrical, or data center deployment projects.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and margin on complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience coordinating field crews, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple trades.
• Strong project documentation skills (submittals, RFIs, change orders, commissioning).
• Willingness to travel to project sites (estimated 25–50%).

Responsibilities

• Own complex infrastructure deployment projects end-to-end—from award through commissioning and closeout.
• Coordinate engineering, field crews, manufacturing, subcontractors, and vendors across trades and sites.
• Build and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; report status to leadership and customers.
• Manage the documentation discipline—submittals, RFIs, change orders, issued-for-construction releases, and commissioning records.
• Run change control and scope management, protecting margin while keeping the customer relationship strong.
• Coordinate material procurement and logistics, including long-lead equipment and cross-border shipments where required.
• Drive commissioning, hand-off, and after-sales support with field and engineering teams.
• Track project performance against contract requirements and customer commitments, and drive corrective action when projects drift.
