Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent required.
• Experience managing government grants and contracts for research.
• Strong organizational and planning skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).

Responsibilities

• Lead development of project management standards, tools, processes, and best practices.
• Prepare and review project work plans, resource estimates, and budgets.
• Provide monthly reporting on financial and operational performance to clients and funders.
• Mentor and supervise project staff and coordinate across programs.
• Manage contracts, scopes of work, and proposals during the proposal phase.
