Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Head of PMO to lead enterprise programs and cross-functional initiatives on a fully remote, flexible schedule. The role offers 5–20 hours per week, with compensation at roughly $70 per hour.

You will own program charters, RAID logs, and steering committee reporting, and produce executive-ready documentation, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Prior experience managing large-scale programs and strong stakeholder management are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs or PMOs with ownership of program charters and steering committee reporting.
• Fluency building resource capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking spreadsheets.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.
• 5–20 hours per week, remote work arrangement.
