Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced heads of PMO to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This remote, flexible role offers 5-20 hours per week, with compensation at $70 per hour, ASAP start.

You will oversee enterprise programs, own charters, raid logs, and steering-committee reporting, and deliver high-quality artifacts suitable for executive review across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives with direct ownership of program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting.
• Fluency building resource capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking spreadsheets that hold up under executive and stakeholder scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Own program charters, raid logs, and milestone tracking for executive reviews.
• Prepare steering committee reporting packets and stage-gate materials for stakeholders.
