Job summary

Ethos is seeking heads of PMO with 5+ years leading cross-functional programs to help train AI models on professional presentations and slide deck tasks. This role requires ownership of steering committee and executive reporting cadences and expert PowerPoint craftsmanship along with strong written communication.

The position is fully remote with flexible weekly hours (5–20 hours) and an ASAP start. Compensation is $70/hour for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company.
• Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows.
• Produce steering committee decks and program status reports.
• Prepare risk and dependency exhibits and milestone review presentations.
• Develop executive escalation one-pagers and portfolio review materials.
