Ethos is seeking experienced program managers and PMO leaders to help train our language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will manage cross-functional programs, establish and own reporting cadences, and craft executive-level materials with a keen eye for detail and PowerPoint mastery.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours (5–20+ hours per week) and a competitive $70/hr rate. Start date ASAP for ongoing engagements with a leading AI lab.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company
• Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Manage and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs and ensure timely reporting cadence to senior leadership.
• Train and oversee the training of our language model on professional presentation tasks.
