Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced PMO lead to train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own program charters, RAID logs, and milestone tracking, ensuring accuracy and executive readiness.

This fully remote, flexible role calls for strong written communication and cross-functional influence across enterprise initiatives. Expect 5–20 hours weekly, ASAP start, and pay at $70/hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional initiatives with charter ownership and steering committee reporting.
• Experience building and maintaining capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone trackers for executive review.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with precise writing and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slides for core workflows.
• Oversee program charters, RAID logs, and steering committee reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage charters, milestones, and stage-gate review packets.
