Ethos is seeking an experienced program manager to guide AI‑driven presentation and slide deck tasks. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, own executive reporting cadences, and deliver polished PowerPoint assets with precise writing and attention to detail.

This fully remote engagement offers flexible 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start, and compensation at $70 per hour. Ideal for experts who thrive on cadence, stakeholder communication, and high‑quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company.
• Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Run cross‑functional programs that create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: steering committee decks, program status reports, risk and dependency exhibits, milestone review presentations, executive escalation one‑pagers, and portfolio review materials.
