Job summary

Trust Wallet is seeking a PMO to bridge Product and Engineering, keeping complex, fast-moving projects on track and ensuring alignment across teams with warmth and empathy.

You will own project plans, drive milestones, and build trusted relationships that accelerate delivery while reporting clear status updates and metrics to leadership. This is a fully remote role with international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in program management or PMO within tech or product-led companies.
• Genuine passion for Web3 and wallet infrastructure.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects between Product and Engineering.
• Warm, people-first style and strong relationship-building.
• Results-driven with ability to push timelines while maintaining relationships.
• Technical fluency to understand engineering trade-offs.
• Excellent communicator able to align stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organized and able to bring structure to ambiguity.
• Familiar with Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar tools.
• Experience in a high-growth or scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Product and Engineering by translating priorities, surface dependencies, and keep both sides aligned on scope, trade-offs, and timelines.
• Own project plans, track milestones, and push initiatives to completion on time.
• Run planning cadences, sprint reviews, and cross-team syncs that actually move work forward.
• Identify risks, elevate the right issues, and drive resolution.
• Foster collaboration and keep team dynamics healthy across teams.
• Deliver clear, concise status updates, delivery metrics, and project health reporting to leadership.
• Refine PMO processes, tools, and rituals so teams ship faster with less friction.
