Job summary

Trust Wallet is seeking a PMO to bridge Product and Engineering, keeping complex, fast-moving projects on track and ensuring alignment across teams with warmth and empathy.

You will own project plans, drive milestones, and build trusted relationships that accelerate delivery while reporting clear status updates and metrics to leadership. This is a fully remote role with international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in program management or PMO within tech or product-led companies.

The Role

We’re looking for a PMO to be the bridge between Product and Engineering. You’ll keep complex, fast-moving projects on track, make sure teams are aligned and unblocked, and build the trusted relationships that make delivery happen.

This role is equal parts delivery driver and team connector. You hold people accountable to timelines, and you do it with warmth, empathy, and genuine care for the team.

Job Scope:

• Bridge Product and Engineering: translate priorities, surface dependencies, and keep both sides aligned on scope, trade-offs, and timelines

• Drive ETAs and results: own project plans, track milestones, and push initiatives to completion on time

• Partner closely with PMs and engineering leads: run planning cadences, sprint reviews, and cross-team syncs that actually move work forward

• Spot and clear blockers early: identify risks, elevate the right issues to the right people, and drive resolution

• Build relationships and engagement: act as a trusted point of contact across teams, foster collaboration, and keep team dynamics healthy

• Bring visibility to leadership: deliver clear, concise status updates, delivery metrics, and project health reporting

• Improve how we work: refine PMO processes, tools, and rituals so teams ship faster with less friction

Requirements:

• 3+ years in program management, technical program management, PMO within tech or product-led companies

• Genuine passion for Web3 and a sharp eye for where the industry — and wallet infrastructure specifically — is heading.

• A proven track record of driving cross-functional projects to delivery between Product and Engineering

• Warm, caring, people-first style: you build trust easily and people want to work with you

• Results-driven: comfortable pushing for timelines and holding teams accountable without damaging relationships

• Enough technical fluency to understand engineering trade-offs and earn credibility with engineers

• Excellent communicator who can align stakeholders at every level, from engineers to executives

• Highly organized: you thrive on bringing structure to ambiguity in a fast-moving environment

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar

• Experience in a high-growth or scale-up environment
