Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for a PMO Transformation initiative. This full-time, 100% remote role involves owning client engagements and delivering outcomes across cybersecurity, compliance, cloud services, and advisory projects.

You will manage a portfolio of 5–7 concurrent client engagements, review SOWs, and drive project plans, risks, and governance. PMP/Agile/Scrum certifications are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience independently managing projects from planning through execution and closeout.
• Experience juggling multiple concurrent client engagements (5–7).
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to translate contracts into actionable project plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 5–7 concurrent client engagements.
• Review SOWs, scope, milestones, deliverables, and contractual commitments.
• Own engagements and assess status, deliverables, risks, and next steps.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, action items, and docs.
• Lead internal and client-facing status meetings and updates.
• Monitor budgets, staffing, and progress; identify overruns or risks.
